Her expertise includes not only small business accounting but also many technical aspects of a business. Trained in ethics, multicultural and diversity issues, she is routinely sourced to help facilitate and manage personal transitions resulting in the adoption of strategic practices. She is a recognized Unsung Hero by Ecosystem Builder Hub community, a Shining Star under 40, and the Distinguished Alumni in Business Development and Innovation award by the National Hispanic Institute.
She founded the first-ever award-winning coworking space in what is now being called “The Innovation Corridor”, Splash Coworking (Splash). Splash offers a diverse, inclusive entrepreneurial environment which provides access to tools and opportunity for underrepresented founders and start-ups.
